Regulation 15

The documents for the Chet Neighbourhood Plan at the Regulation 15 stage were submitted to South Norfolk Council and Broads Authority on 10 October 2023.

The Regulation 14 Consultation on the draft neighbourhood plan will take place from 5 June 2023 to 30 July 2023.

The documents include the Chet Neighbourhood Plan and all the supporting documents such as the Design Codes, Local Green Space Assessment and Views Assessment. There is also a Summary Document which provides a shorter version of the plan with all the policies listed.

Hard copies of the Plan and Summary Document together with a short survey will be available in Loddon Library and Chet Stores. Copies of the Summary Document will also be available from the Jubilee Hall entrance hall, the Brian Clark Rooms, Loddon Garden & Seed, Rosie Lees's new venue.

There will be two consultation events, which will be your opportunity to hear more about the plan, view the policies and speak to those involved in developing it.
